These Sessions are designed to ensure that every Minister, Head of Department, Worker and Soul Care Leader receives training that is relevant to their respective departments, as well as to the Church in general. Leadership skills are taught, including ways to more effectively carry along the members of their department’s with the vision of the Church. Emphasis is laid on growth to maturity.
