Call-A-Ride Request Form

To request transportation to Jesus House, DC located at 919 Philadelphia Ave, Silver Spring, MD 20910, please complete and submit this form at least 48 hours before your requested pick-up date. Transportation requests must be within a 20-mile radius and for Sunday or Wednesday services at the church location.
