WHAT TYPE OF CHURCH IS JHDC?
Jesus House, DC is a place to call home for anyone who is seeking to learn more about God and to find their place and purpose in life. We can confidently say that at Jesus House, DC your Hope will be Restored and your Potential will be Maximized!
WHEN AND WHERE ARE THE SERVICES?
We hold two weekly Sunday services at 10:00am and 12:30pm respectively. On the first Sunday of each month we hold a joint service experience at 10am. All services take place in our main auditorium and are streamed live. We also hold a Holy Communion service on the first Wednesday of each month. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Jesus House, DC is a Church for everyone. We encourage people to come as they are and dress in what feels most comfortable.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I ARRIVE?
During this post-COVID season, we are making sure to create an environment where everyone feels safe and welcome. When you arrive you can expect to be welcomed by one of our volunteer hosts who will guide you through our quick safety check-in protocols and then help get you situated nicely. To facilitate the check-in process, please let us know you’re coming in advance by filling out a weekly RSVP form prior to attending. If you have children coming, please let us know via our children’s weekly Service RSVP form, and then follow the check-in protocols at our children’s check-in station where they will enjoy their tailor-made service and have a blast. From there you can head into the auditorium for the service.
IS THERE ANYTHING FOR CHIDREN?
We love children at Jesus House, DC! From infants to elementary age, we do our best to help your children have a blast while learning about Jesus. We have created a fun and safe environment for each child by implementing a children’s check-in and check-out system. If you’re visiting for the first time you can facilitate your check-in process by pre-registering your child(ren) below. Existing families can RSVP via our children’s weekly RSVP form to let us know that your child(ren) will be attending the service.
HOW CAN I MEET OTHERS AND GET CONNECTED?
Jesus House, DC is all about connecting with God and each other. There are several ways to get connected (both in-person and onine). Here are just a few: Attend a Service, Attend a Lighthouse, Join a Soul Care Group, Attend Alpha, Serve in a Ministry, and much more. If you haven’t already, take the first step and simply join us for a service.
WHERE DO I PARK?
There several spots to park around Jesus House, DC, however they get filled up pretty quickly. If you’re visiting for the first time our traffic flow staff will assist in getting you a place to park, just let them know you’re a first time guest. There is also a nearby parking garage where you can park and our Jesus House, DC shuttle buses will pick you up from the parking garage and bring you to Church, and then take you back to your car after the service. CAN I GET A RIDE TO CHURCH?
If you need a ride to Church, simply click below to fill out a Call-A-Ride request form. Please give us at least a 5 day notice so our team can prepare for your pick-up.
