– 2 lobster tails
– 4 cups of par-boiled rice
– 1 medium onion 1 red bell pepper
– 1 green bell pepper 1 orange bell pepper
– 1 yellow pepper 1 small habanero pepper (optional)
– 1 cup of sweet corn kernels 1/2 cup raisins
– 1 cup shredded carrots
– 4 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons of butter
– 1 small chopped garlic a pinch of salt a pinch of pepper
