She played the role of Mary Magdalene in a local rendition of Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice’s rock opera, Jesus Christ Superstar (2005, 2006), and was cast as the wailer in the biblical musical, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat (2004).
Vivian just released her debut album, All Yours, and is humbled by the response she has received from the album. “All Yours is an album about complete surrender, especially when surrender is extremely difficult. Each song represents a journey for me. My Glory My Joy is about trusting God no matter the pain He takes me through. Salvation Prayer is a song about just that, the sinners’ prayer we confess when we surrender our lives to Christ. Beloved’s Wait is a song about choosing purpose over pleasure. It’s a very daring song for me, and my most vulnerable of all because it was inspired by the struggles of being single and choosing to obey God’s plan despite what I feel.”
Vivian is passionate about connecting people with God’s love through worship. Visit https://www.viviananugo.com to purchase her album.
